When you switch your broadband or TV package with us in store.
Here is what you need to know:
Switch to a Sky package that includes TV, Broadband & Phone in any Currys store or via our switching support team on 0800 049 2107*. On average we save customers over £156 on their Fibre broadband bill**
Visit the claims website no sooner than 45 days and no later than 60 days after you have placed your order in store to make your claim.
We will validate your claim and send you your Love2Shop voucher via email.
** Saving based on the average monthly price our customers pay on all fibre broadband sold through Currys retail stores in the 52 weeks to 31.01.21. When compared to the out of contract fibre price published by Ofcom in their Pricing trends for communications services in the UK report 2021.
Terms and Conditions
This promotion is conducted by Currys Group Limited in partnership with Love2Shop and Sky.
In order to claim the Love2Shop voucher, a customer must purchase a qualifying Broadband or TV Package from Sky. A Customer is eligible for a £50 Love2Shop voucher when they purchase any Sky package that includes TV, Broadband & Phone. All other broadband packages are excluded from the promotion.
The qualifying package must be purchased in Currys store or via our switching support team over the phone between 2nd November 2022 and 29th November 2022 (Inclusive). The offer is open to new customers only.
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Full terms and conditions and expiration date will be indicated on the email that the voucher is sent in.
There is no cash alternative, and no other benefits, items or additions can be substituted for the Love2Shop vouchers.
Voucher must be claimed 45 – 60 days after the date of the qualifying package order. For the avoidance of doubt, the day after your purchase date counts as day one.
Claims must be submitted online only at https://www.currys-broadband-promo.co.uk/. Postal claims will not be accepted. The promotion is open to current residents in U.K and new qualifying package customers only and is subject to successful installation of the qualifying package. This promotion is open to employees of Currys Group and may be used in conjunction with colleague discount and any other Multiplay offer.

Upon receipt of your claim, the Promoter will verify whether the claim is valid and made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
If the Promoter considers that a claim is invalid, you will be notified via the website that your claim has been rejected. The Promoter’s decision on validity of claims is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Currys reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent, incomplete, altered or illegible claims.
Currys is not responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website, or other failures outside our control that prevents the customer participating in the promotion.
If for whatever reason your Qualifying Package fails to be installed and is cancelled, customers shall not be entitled to any compensation or the promotion voucher.
